Key Responsibilities

Maintain division workflow, safety, and quality systems
Oversee financial performance, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and cost control
Hire, train, and mentor staff; set performance goals and support certifications
Serve as primary client contact for CMT projects; manage proposals, scopes, and reports
Review and approve test results and enforce QA/QC standards
Support strategic planning and business development initiatives
Required Qualifications
