Role : The position of Process Treatment Operator is a 12-hour, rotating shift position that supports the operations in our Solvent Recovery and Process Waste Water Treatment Operating areas
Job Summary
Adhere to all operating, EH&S, and other applicable site and company procedures
Complete all regulatory training on schedule and demonstrate the proper level or competency. Comply with all applicable area safety rules and job procedures
Maintain Process Control of the Recovery and Waste Water Treatment operating areas by adjusting such parameters as flows, temperatures, pressures, levels, etc.
Have a working knowledge of the following systems: DCS, SAP, Sample Manger, Otis, LITMOS, WBLYC, and Intranet reports
Respond to alarms and take appropriate action
Prepare equipment for servicing by maintenance and contractors
Tighten flanges, Change sample valves, adjust valve packing as required
Install pipe fittings for water lines and connections.
Pull required samples for testing.
Perform and document Operational checks in logbooks and OP10. Monitor WTCS and take corrective action as needed.
Analyze data to identify and investigate problems and developing trends.
Perform all quality checks to ensure compliance with the State and local Agencies.
Qualifications (Required)
High school diploma/GED
1+ Years experience in an applicable manufacturing role (working with tanks, valves, piping, etc.)
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by the operating area, including but not limited to safety glasses, protective footwear, hearing protection, respirator.
Must have one of the following:
A Class 3 Waste Treatment License or higher
OR
An associate's degree or higher in a technical field (i.e., Science, Engineering, Manufacturing)
The successful candidate will be required to obtain at least a Class 4 Waste Treatment License within one year of starting the role.

Complete pre- and post-trip inventory or manifest checklists and report any in-transit or delivery damage.
4. Customer Service:
Collect accurate COD payments, including cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers, and record payments electronically and on the manifest.
Communicate professionally and courteously with all customers internally and externally, sales staff, and dispatch.
Make sure that all returns have been picked up from the customer and properly documented, and verify with the shop that they don't have any more returns to return with you.

Responsibilities
Evaluate current technology landscape through the mapping of regulations, policies, and governance structures to ensure tools support required workflows, reporting, and oversight
Review risk management, compliance lifecycle, and incident/issue management for gaps and automation potential
Inventory applications, data flows, architectures, and integration capacity with GRC and enterprise systems
Review security, privacy, and resilience controls
Identify redundant platforms, integration opportunities, licensing/maintenance costs, and future scalability
Recommend and/or design technology solutions, such as ServiceNow GRC, AI tools, and workflow automation
Create monitoring dashboards and real-time compliance tracking systems

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
7+ years federal IT modernization experience focused on implementing and managing compliance and governance technologies
Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution architecture, integration, and stakeholder management
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC or RSA Archer in federal environments.
Federal IT governance familiarity (FITARA, FISMA, ATO processes)
Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance (includes fingerprinting, background check, and drug screening).

Position Summary
The Workforce Readiness Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization has the adequate skills and capabilities to meet the short-term and long-term goals of the site. The Workforce Readiness Manager will partner with site leadership and human resources to ensure operational stability by accelerating operator progression resulting in a talent pipeline of experienced operators and own the overall training and developments plan for the site.
Primary Functions & Essential Responsibilities
Lead the overall training and learning strategy for the Chesterfield site and develop training programs for employees designed to give employees the knowledge and capability to meet the specific organizational goals efficiently and effectively.
Plans & Aligns
Develop a strategy to mitigate risk to both short and long-term operational stability by accelerating operator training progression by reducing the cycle time around operators becoming fully qualified
Operate with a continuous improvement mindset to elevate current training processes and materials to enhance operating knowledge and the cause and effect/troubleshooting components of each role within an operations area.
Evaluate the skills of the current workforce and leverage data and 80/20 principles to identify and prioritize efforts ensuring appropriate resourcing and efforts to address critical skills/qualifications gaps
Develop and standardize training and progression KPIs for the site designed to monitor progress and results
Ensure appropriate plans are in place to ensure the site has the necessary skills in order to meet long-term growth goals
Manage the overall learning plan for the site and partner with site and functional leaders to effectively manage internal and regulatory requirements
Change Leadership and Innovation
Drive continuous improvement efforts around training and development by leveraging appropriate technology and lean practices to accelerate efforts
Identify and advance opportunities for labor efficiency through leveraging third-parties, industry partners, local/state organizations, college/schools, etc. to build capabilities and scale
Provide coaching and expertise around training methodology and adult learning in order to mentor and develop trainers/leaders
Partner with Human Resources and site leadership to identify and advance automation and efficiency opportunities around human capital aligned to long-term organizational objectives
Leadership, Team & Culture
Direct the work, development and performance of the Chesterfield Hourly Training Leader and Area Trainers
Drive consistency in training and expectations across the site and work groups to ensure a learning culture and accountability for outcomes
Support a strong safety awareness culture through appropriate training and development with emphasis on maturing hazard recognition improvements in partnership with HS&E and site leadership
Oversee, facilitate, and ensure effective writing and development of qualification requirements for all hourly work groups
Provide leadership for the employee qualification/progression evaluation and testing processes
In partnership with Human Resources oversee the successful execution and coordination of New Hire Orientation Training
Manage the overall site training and development budget as well as any training grant applications and administration
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Instructional Technology
10+ years of experience in Chemical Manufacturing with experience in training/learning curriculum design and development
5+ years of experience in a supervisory/leadership role
Six Sigma Greenbelt (or Blackbelt) certification or equivalent experience implementing productivity / continuous improvement projects
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in the management of projects, troubleshooting, team building, financial budgets and overall leadership
Working knowledge of Process Safety Management, ISO9001 Quality Management, and general OSHA Safety guidelines preferred
Strong presentation skills preferred
Experience with technical writing preferred
Experience in organizational development strongly preferred
The expected base pay for this position is $118,800 - $178,200
