In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our FP&A processes by designing, developing, and maintaining Anaplan models. You will collaborate closely with FP&A professionals to understand their needs and translate them into efficient and scalable solutions on the Anaplan platform. Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models based on design specifications and best practices. Translate business requirements into functional model components under the guidance of the Master Anaplanner. Develop and maintain data integrations between Anaplan and source systems (in collaboration with the IT team). Create user-friendly dashboards and reports for business users. Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy. Provide end-user support and troubleshoot model issues. Participate in testing and deployment of Anaplan model changes. Contribute to the creation of model documentation. Partner with FP&A stakeholders to design and develop Anaplan models for various FP&A use cases, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Build and maintain complex Anaplan models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Develop and implement automation routines and data integrations to streamline FP&A processes. Troubleshoot and resolve Anaplan issues, ensuring smooth operation and data integrity. Stay up-to-date on the latest Anaplan functionalities and best practices. Manage stakeholder requirements and develop detailed implementation plans. Provide ongoing training and support to FP&A users on Anaplan functionalities. Coordinate the design, development, and different testing activities. Work with product, engineering, and operational business stakeholders to understand and prioritize business systems needs. Create architectural designs that enhance resilience and promote business continuity. Identify actionable, value-added optimization and efficiency opportunities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Anaplan applications and processes. Uphold strict and consistent standards of process documentation. Carry out regular stakeholder meetings, run workshops, and effective communication and collaboration sessions. Carry out technical system audits to ensure compliance with appropriate standards. Employ agile methodology in the development of software, systems interfaces, and application configurations. Experience: 3+ years work experience in IT systems and deep domain knowledge of the associated Business Systems (Anaplan is a must, and Tableau/Thoughtspot is preferred). Good understanding of the software development lifecycle. Experience of developing plans and project management techniques. Proven ability to translate unstructured business problems into clearly defined requirements. Basic knowledge of SQL. Comfortable communicating and empathizing with individuals across a variety of roles - you will need to gather needs from Support business owners, and then articulate those needs to technical partners. Strong understanding of FP&A concepts and processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. About the Role Workday is looking for a versatile Project Delivery Manager to join our growing team. This full-time position is based out of our Pleasanton HQ location. Responsibilities: Manage project inception from the pre-construction processes through financial close-out to maximize the quality of the space constructed for the users and groups while always attempting to implement value-engineering alternatives to lessen the cost of construction for Workday. Provide strategic oversight and direction to regional project teams, managers, and consultants. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture across dispersed, multi-cultural project teams. Responsible for multiple projects concurrently. This includes Global Projects across different time zones. Maintain financial forecast and oversee project cost tracking throughout projects. Includes monthly forecasting and quarterly reporting across all projects. Partner with the Workplace and Sustainability team in consulting with internal stakeholders to understand space and furniture needs and assist in space planning, balancing end user needs with cost efficient solutions. Work closely with Workday's BT and Global Workplace Safety teams to ensure that technology solutions (including audio visual, low voltage cabling, access control system) are captured in design. Ensure that Workday's space and/or building standards are implemented throughout the design. Communicate effectively with REWS workmates and senior management and other employees to discuss requirements planned for the design. Understand and provide furniture specifications to suppliers to create detailed layouts. Communicate with the BT team, security teams, external engineers, external furniture vendors, end users, property management and general contractor, ensuring that all groups have required information. Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. Effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently. Maintain knowledge of industry, products, methods, and promotional strategies, as well as trends in workplace design. Create and manage project schedules to ensure deliverables are on track. About You Required Qualifications: Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of construction background and technical degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, with significant experience in global or multi-country project delivery. Financial analysis experience and familiarity with accounting and financial concepts of real estate, capital projects and operations expenses Other Qualifications: Strong proficiency with Procore, OpenSpace, and MS Office Suite. Expert knowledge of various Project Delivery Methods (Design-Build, CM at Risk, IPD, etc.). Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and financial/cost management systems. Exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and mentorship abilities for international teams. Proven ability to travel globally as required.
