Cons of working at Lyman Lumber Company

Senior Management is out of touch with reality, while middle managers have their hands tied behind their backs and cannot make effective change because upper management won't allow them to invest in order to make the proper changes. It's a good ol' boys club and gender discrimination is alive and well at Lyman Companies.
