Toxic environment due to the owner. Just an absolute horrible human being.

Again, decent pay. Discounts on products.

What do you like best about Lynco Products's CEO and the leadership team?

There is little good to say about the owner. He has real issues with delegation (only he can make decisions), listening (only he knows everything about anything), and temper (screaming is not uncommon). Leadership team spends most of their time steering clear of the owner hoping that someone else will receive the daily beatdown.

How would you improve Lynco Products's culture?

Until the owner leaves - you can't.
