Responsible for the quality, safety, and profitability of the project at the jobsite, the Superintendent is the most visible FORMA representative and they must present a positive, professional image at all times. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPERINTENDENT: Responsible for safety on the jobsite. Instruct and oversee field personnel in the proper and safe use of all tools and equipment. Hold weekly safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment. Ensure company EEO policy and all other policies are maintained and enforced on the jobsite. Provide phasing, schedule development, coordination, constructability, and cost feedback during preconstruction. Review all subcontracts (provided by the PM) prior to issuance. Experience with K-12 and public works projects and 3+ years in a similar role are a plus.
