    Job Description Lyngblomsten's NEW Lino Lakes campus is located at the corner of Hodgson Road and County Road J, the campus will feature 20 detached rental townhomes; a multi-level senior living building with 96 independent living apartments, 35 assisted living apartments, and 17 memory care apartments; and an array of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a fitness center with warm water pool, restaurant and pub, chapel, courtyard, community garden, walking trails, and pickleball court. Lyngblomsten is looking for full-time and part-time Resident Assistants to join our New Assisted Living facility. The posted pay range of this hourly position is $17.50 to $21.64 (additional if Certified). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Responsibilities: Observation of the resident's condition and communicating changes to the nurse. Bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, feeding, walking, and other appropriate rehabilitation measures as assigned. Vital signs, appropriate application and use of safety devices. Attending to various resident needs, ie: toileting, preventive skin care, and maintaining nutrition and hydration. Responds to residents call lights promptly. Documents care as assigned. Furthers own knowledge and skills by attending staff meetings and in-service presentations. Other duties within the scope of training as assigned by a team leader including activities with residents. Meets standards for NA/R performance. Shift is 6:30am-2:30pm.
