Great company Culture, Flexibility and Support from your team mates and management
I haven't experienced any cons of working here :)
Half days on Fridays! : )
They really care about their employees. They make sure to take care of everyone on their team.
I have no improvements that i would make.
I prepared for an interview with Lyon Stahl by researching the company and learning about who i would be working with.
My compensation is slightly above average i believe.
I think we a very diversely represented.
Interacting with my coworkers and the company culture.
great culture and great people

The ability for everyone to have fun and have a good time while grinding it out
Awesome culture, great flexibility for a work life balance, and really great team to be a part of. The work is rewarding and ever changing/molding into interesting, engaging new tasks. A+!
not a whole lot.
Half day Fridays! Having earlier-than-usual, but very productive mornings with an emphasis on enjoying the back half ot the week. Good balance
Transparancy & involvment in all sections of the business
More events / team building excercises
refreshing my techincal skills related to the job and by showing up early.
I think it is on par, or better, than average
Open ended. It's good.
meeting with the people I work with!
Company Culture is great. I've been at multiple firms prior to joining Lyon Stahl and this is the only firm where you get a mixture of volume and collaboration.
Not many cons. The only one I would say is we grow a little too fast and some of the quality of agents is not ideal.
The commission split system is the best, the Research team is probably the second best perk about Lyon Stahl.
Leadership wants you to grow. Brett and Woody have my back. It's definitely well felt, and I can't imagine what a different leadership team looks like.
I would slow down on the growth. Focus on keeping the Boutique/Corporate mixture in house and continue to build on that. Hire the right people and the sky's the limit.
I really didn't prepare. I walked in not knowing what to expect and Lyon Stahl was my third choice at the time. I fell in love with the place and that was primarily due to my Senior broker, and the management
It's pretty average. I love the split tier system. Much Better than a big firm and a hair worse than the boutique shops. You get what you pay for and they give you a lot for the split they provide.
We're a pretty diverse office, especially for the field we're in.
I love hanging out with my coworkers, we play hard and work hard.
The pros of working at Lyon Stahl are the environment and the entrepreneurial spirt. There is a sense of collaboration and teamwork, however wether you are an agent or a member of the staff there is also a sense of autonomy and ownership over your business or department.
No major cons.
Work life balance
The leadership team is very present and approachable. They are in the El Segundo office nearly everyday, and make a point of visiting the other offices on a consistent basis. They invest heavily in providing the training and resources that their staff and agents need to succeed.
More networking between the various offices
Doing som research on the company, their product type and their competitors.
My salary is on the higher end of the industry standard/average. Our agents are on a commission only structure, however the split system that Lyon Stahl provides is one of the more generous in the commercial real estate industry.
Lyon Stahl does a great job in regard to female representation. There is still a little more work in regards to creating a more diverse population with more minorities.
The most fulfilling aspect of my job is knowing that my work contributes to the company as a whole - I know I make an impact. In my role I get the opportunity to work with most of the departments, which I enjoy.
Fun culture. Great people at the company. Good work life balance. Invest in technology for the company.
Unlimited vacation time and drinks on tap :)
The CEO leads by example. He asks employees to be in at 8am on Monday and he is always there. He has walked the walk and started as a young agent and teaches how he grew as an agent.
Overall the company culture is good. Would continue with the company wide events to keep moral high.
Research the industry and know what is currently going on in the real estate market. Make sure to put your best food forward and show your personality. Company fit and culture is important at Lyon Stahl.
When compared to other agencies lyon stahl has more competitive splits than other agencies.
There is good representation at the company. The industry generally leans more male but there are a number of strong females that work at the company. The company is very inclusive as they hire.
Personally the people and the culture brings me the most joy. If you have to spend every day in the office you want it to be a place you want to go to with people you want to surround yourself with.
Great work environment.
Demanding hours in a tough industry
Lunch breaks in El Segundo
Positivity and drive. Always looking to grow and expand the company.
More team events.
By using my experience in the industry.
Compared to the industry average it is average.
It doesnt matter to me.
Seeing my coworkers everyday.
The people and culture are great and unmatched in commercial real estate.
Collaborative work environment and ability to engage with every level of management.
None.
They are available and always willing to hear what we have to say.
More time to connect outside of work
Asked 1,000,000 questions and they were all answered.
It's the best split and resources combination offered in LA
Age, gender, and race are all represented in the company.
My colleagues
The pros of working at Lyon Stahl are definitely the work environment. The camaraderie is fantastic. It truly feels like a team.
I honestly can't think of any reason not to work here.
The golf sim. Haha
The CEO is always approachable. When he has a conversation with you, you feel truly heard.
I can't think of any way I would improve the culture here. It's fantastic!
I prepared by looking at their website.
Comp here is above average.
Lyon Stahl is very inclusive of all races, ethnicities, and genders.
The friendships I have formed.
The pros of working at Lyon Stahl is their amazing culture. Its fun going into work everyday, each day is enjoyable.
Cons of Lyon Stahl, the company is quite small so there aren't many career opportunities
My favorite benefits is unlimited PTO, and healthcare benefits
I love that we see the CEO every day in the office, he has time to speak with anyone. I love that the leadership team communicates with us every day, so we know what's going on.
It was my first job in real estate, I practiced speaking about my job history and also looked into what Lyon Stahl was about so I could ask them questions.
I believe I make average amount. The company is still small, but there is opportunity to grow and make more
I think the organization does a great job. Our HR manager hires men, women of all races and age.
The most fulfilling part of my job is the people I work with. Everyone Lyon Stahl hires is a pleasure to work with.
