About the Role This leadership position will be responsible for overseeing a team of psychiatrists, advanced practice providers (APPs), and other mental health professionals to ensure that our pediatric telehealth psychiatric services are optimized for quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

Requirements
Board-certified or Board-eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one state
Demonstrated Family Engagement skills and experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults
Commitment to JCAHO Standards: Familiarity with JCAHO guidelines and competency in practicing within an accredited framework to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment (video and teletherapy) preferred but not required
Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.)
Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

About the Role
As a Care Navigator, you'll be doing the important, meaningful work of managing crises, providing in-the-moment phone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, ensuring client safety, and connecting clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities. As a full-time Clinical Care Navigator, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated base rate for this full-time position is $41 per hour. About the Role: Lyra is looking for a Sr. Corporate Counsel to join our legal team and support our corporate compliance and development efforts. Requirements:
* Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
* Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
* Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice)
* Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed
* Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment (video and teletherapy) preferred but not required

The anticipated starting base salary for a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Lyra is $78,000 annually.
