The Vice President, Global Partner Development, will drive the strategic vision and execution of Lytx's global partner ecosystem. This executive leader will oversee a team of Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and other partner-focused roles, ensuring alignment with Lytx's business objectives. What You'll Do:

Market Leadership: Anticipate and adapt to market trends by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to maintain Lytx's competitive edge.
Enablement and Advocacy: Oversee the creation of enablement tools, resources, and training programs to empower partners and drive mutual success.
Performance Optimization: Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering consistent results.
Revenue Growth: Drive global revenue through strategic partnerships, including joint GTM initiatives, partner-led sales, and market expansion efforts.
What You Need:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
15+ years of business development, partner management, or channel sales experience in a B2B environment.
10+ years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale partner ecosystems, with a focus on ISVs or technology ecosystems.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling global partner programs that deliver significant revenue growth.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with a track record of establishing and maintaining executive-level partnerships.
Deep understanding of technical integration processes, APIs, and partner enablement strategies.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.

As a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist, you will develop strategies and lead activities that drive retention, loyalty, advocacy, and growth within the Lytx customer base. What we're looking for:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS experience preferred).

Position Summary

Implement and manage full-funnel campaigns while adhering to budget allocation.

The AP Accountant will report to the Assistant Controller and be an integral member to the business and accounting team. Position Overview

What You'll Need:
7+ years' related in proposal development, product management, product marketing, sales, and/or client success. SaaS based environment preferred.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience required
Sell-side RFP experience; demonstrated success managing full cycle RFPs with varying degrees of complexity and degrees of required coordination with sales, legal, marketing and other internal teams.
Analytical with experience tying market intelligence and competitive intelligence to craft RFP responses. Sharp business acumen with an ability to identify and articulate business needs to cross functional stakeholders professionally.
Exceptional communication skills; writing, editing and proofreading with keen attention to detail
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks/projects.
Strong interpersonal skills. Able to effectively partner to get work done efficiently and manage partners to deadlines.

Responsibilities:
* Lead development of high leverage projects and capabilities within Engineering

* Take ownership for the overall planning, execution, and release of complex technical projects

* Owns the operation of robust services needed to support CMT products. This includes the set-up, monitoring and testing of APIs and services to better understand real-time health of products.
* Follow the development and operational standards and processes provided by the company, assisting in evolving them when there is a need
* Assist in troubleshooting production issues when they arise.
* Support technical leaders to help define and drive the technical vision and strategy
* Assist in the review of code to ensure it is efficient, well-tested, scalable, documented when needed

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* 9+ years experience in software development or engineering
* 3+ years experience leading software teams through product deployment cycles
* Experience in team-based software development processes, software tools, technical specification development and documentation standards, and conducting formal design reviews.
* Technical expertise in software development of mobile app OR frontend / backend systems
* Solid understanding of agile software development, with hands-on experience using Agile/Kanban/Scrum methodologies to produce and release products.
* Ability to handle multiple projects in an environment with aggressive deadlines in a high growth environment.
* Experience with leading teams to ensure project success by setting clear goals, holding deadlines, and fostering a culture of continual improvement through regular feedback and process optimization.
* Demonstrated success in mentoring junior engineers, developing senior engineers and supporting peers and engineering teams
* Ability to lead the team in a collaborative manner
