Receive deliveries (LEAP) (RBS & Fuel Nozzle Project) * Receive project kits. * Inspect for proper documentation and shipping damage. * Enter customer kits into Quantum per work order. * Place received kits in designated inventory location identified by customer. Deliver requested kits to designated workstations. Collect removed material per engine. Audit removed material availability and qty per engine and prep for shipment. Arrange for shipping removed material back to customer or OEM. **Title:** F-16 Avionics or Electrical / Environmental Technician III (BR) **Job Number:** 18032 Responsible for depot-level modification, upgrade, & test of aircraft sub-systems, ensuring airworthiness. Duties include, but are not limited to, inspecting, testing, modifying, and repairing avionic as well as other electrical systems/sub-systems. Complete maintenance logbooks and documentation accurately. * The inspector must ensure that all calibrated tools have current calibration and consumable materials being used are within their listed shelf life and have not expired. * Assist in the conduct of investigations into incidents or discrepancies in maintenance procedures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * To ensure compliance with the applicable title 14 CFR parts, inspection personnel are required to be thoroughly familiar with all inspection methods, techniques, and equipment used in their area of responsibility to determine the quality of airworthiness of an article undergoing maintenance, repair, or alteration. * Inspection personnel must remain current on requirements and how to find data contained in 14 CFR Parts 1, 43, 65 and 145. The maintenance being performed may be controlled by the requirements of 14 CFR Parts 91, 121, 125, 135, and all maintenance must be accomplished per the operator's program requirements. * Perform other duties as may be directed by the Quality, Safety, Engineering Manager, Chief Inspector or Lead Inspector. **Title:** Assistant Manager - Logistics **Job Number:** 16759 ****PENDING CONTRACT AWARD**** The Assistant Manager will assist the Program Manager in supervising a team and performing Pre-Expended Bin services for the Corpus Christi Army Depot Corpus Christi TX. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics support activities provided to CCAD under the DLA Industrial Product-Support Vendor (IPV) Contract. The Assistant Program Manager will play a key role in customer satisfaction and the achievement of parts availability metrics, which are essential for the local site team's success. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Assist the Program Manager in supervising daily operational support activities for CCAD + Responsible for daily interactions with CCAD and DLA Aviation representatives to facilitate the efficient flow of bench stock parts to production lines, ensuring that all operational requirements are met as per the contract specifications. + Complete all day-to-day operational requirements as assigned by the Program Manager. + Develop and manage staffing requirements, implementation plans, and training schedules. + Produce and provide input for all required reports submitted to the Government. + Brief the Site Manager and communicate with CCAD and DLA representatives as directed. + Supervise a team of AAR and subcontractor employees in processing orders and managing material movement. + Review and recommend changes to the master schedule of items (SOI) list. + Oversee placement of bench stock in bins and adjust bin levels to maximize customer fulfillment. + Coordinate with DLA representatives and AAR Procurement to expedite material for CCAD. + Produce and provide input for all required reports submitted to the Government, brief the Site Manager, and communicate with various stakeholders as directed. + Coordinate with DLA representatives and AAR Procurement to expedite material as needed, manage spot buys for critical items, and assist with the setup of new bench stock locations. + Reviewing and recommending changes to the master schedule of items, overseeing the placement of bench stock, and adjusting bin levels to maximize customer fulfillment while preventing production line stoppages. + All other duties as assigned.
