Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience operating equipment (including forklift). Knowledge of proper operation of equipment as well as safety standards. Thorough knowledge of construction. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. Frequently required to walk, stand, talk, hear, see, sit, climb, balance, stoop, and kneel. Lift or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds.
