This includes chillers, boilers, CRAC/CRAH units, and air handling units. + The ability to install, maintain, and repair minor plumbing systems, including pumps, valves, and piping, is required. + Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is necessary for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment. + Knowledge of BMS platforms like Niagara Tridium, Siemens, or Johnson Controls is crucial for monitoring and controlling environmental systems. + Technicians must be able to read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, and electrical diagrams to perform maintenance and repairs. + Proficiency with CMMS software is needed for tracking and documenting work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities.
