Measure and optimize the incremental impact of CRM, loyalty, and lifecycle initiatives on visit frequency, trade-up, and guest lifetime value.
Partner closely with CRM and Omnichannel leaders to ensure insights are embedded directly into execution.
Omnichannel Guest Intelligence (Experience Support)
Help connect digital, marketplace, and in-restaurant data into a unified view of the guest.
Support measurement of end-to-end guest journeys, from discovery and reservation through visit and post-visit engagement.
Partner with Digital, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure investments are evaluated against guest experience and business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence
Act as a strategic thought partner to the CMO, Growth leaders, and executive team.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Data Science & Analytics to align on data foundations, modeling approaches, and methodologies.
Influence agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
Elevate the analytical maturity of the Marketing organization through education, frameworks, and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8-12+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, advanced business analytics, or related roles.
Proven experience with:
