Pay, management...its definitely the good ol boy way at MD. Lack of communication

Pay is miserable. A 1:1 ratio of all new managers and workers. Managers are educated past their understanding and will not learn anything from coworkers. All are yes men trying to keep their jobs. HR senior Managment basically after the long five years at work are liars worthy of jail time. Come only to give up you dreams and futures. Even older employees are forced out of work after falling from favor.
