Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates the on-site construction activities for assigned subdivision. Monitors the completion of each construction phase through coordination, scheduling, and inspection of each home. Ensures quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction in accordance with Company goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in budgeting time requirements to complete each phase of construction and meet deadlines by scheduling subcontractor work and deliveries; coordinating and monitoring progress of work; completion and closing dates.
Acts as liaisons between operations, subcontractors, and vendors; supervises and monitors work of subcontractors; provides follow up to ensure completion of work and accurate, timely deliveries.
Reviews, on a daily basis, the production of homes via inspections during various construction phases to ensure quality control; monitors progress including delivery and use of materials, supplies, tools, machinery, equipment, and vehicles.
Reviews and analyzes site plans and blueprints in order to monitor and ensure compliance with plan specifications.
Conducts pre-construction and pre-settlement meetings with home buyer; resolves customer service issues and production problems during construction phase to maintain customer satisfaction; completes finishing and warranty work as required.
Assists in the control of production costs through review and approval of time sheets, production and service invoices, delivery, and inspection sheets. Confers with appropriate individuals to monitor and track costs to avoid overruns.
Provides and applies appropriate training methods and standards to subordinates and subcontractors; monitors and enforces safety and Company policy compliance.
Directly supervises subordinates and assists in the supervision of subcontractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum Education Experience:
High school graduate with at least one year of relevant course study including workshops and seminars in constructionmanagement techniques combined with at least four years or related experience; related supervisory experience; and a good knowledge and understanding of the home building industry within scope of building codes, regulations, and construction process.
Skills and Abilities:
Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously. Decisiveness, decision-making and problem-solving abilities to select among alternative courses of action within budget limitations. Customer-service oriented with good interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside the organization. Good maintenance and carpentry skills; blueprint reading; use of hand and power tools.
Work Conditions:
Exposure to undesirable environmental conditions as well as some health and safety risks. Appropriate equipment and precautions required. Travel demands which require possession of a valid driver's license.

The Estimator will be part of the pre-construction team.
Projects are prepared for bid by pre-construction architects and engineers and sales executives.
Estimators review the documents for completeness, develop bid scopes, bid-forms specific to the project being bid.
Estimators work with the team to organize a list of bidding sub-contractors. Once published for bid, estimators field RFI's and clarify bidding instructions.
While sub-contractors are bidding, Estimators may be required to formulate an internal estimate based on historical costs, past similar projects, key systems specified, and prepare a comparative analysis once bids are tabulated and leveled.
With Design Build, it is critical that the Estimator have a strong construction building understanding and background, understand systems, methods, materials, and is able to evaluate the pre-construction plans and add details/clarifications or seek guidance and answers in a design assist model from key subs all with the goal being a competitively priced, non-contingency burdened, opposite of CYA budget.
From time to time the Estimator may be required to provide pricing for needed work scopes identified late in sequence, or brought to their attention by bidders.

The Estimator will participate in senior management review of the budget and scope document prior to its presentation to a client, and the Estimator may be part of the presentation team, and be responsible for communicating the scope details and the budget assumptions/bids.
The Estimator must be able to read construction documents, drawings, soil and testing reports, assimilate and translate construction documentation for implementation into standard processes and procedures to support field operations.

The Senior Project Manager provides consulting services for our financial services client to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This role will lead Energy & Sustainability projects will focus on solar infrastructure construction.
This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. Energy and sustainability construction projects consist of solar and other E&S construction projects for client corporate office facilities. This is a remote role, preferably in the Eastern or Central Time Zones. The role will require approximately 25% overnight travel to client project sites.
**What you'll do**
Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
Project reporting to Project Management Director and other business leaders
Management and coaching other Project Managers to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or advanced.
Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.
Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
Showcase expertise in own job field and in-depth knowledge of other job subject areas within the organization function.
Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.

**What you'll need**
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PMP preferred.
+ Previous AEC experience preferred and should include construction project management, owner's rep, or project management experience for commercial projects. Energy & Sustainability experience including solar is highly desirable.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Working understanding of PM Web, MS Project or other project management software is beneficial.

Projects include fit outs/buildouts, renovations and ground up construction for retail, life science, industrial, healthcare, and corporate office clients in the Jacksonville market and local area. **This is a hybrid opportunity and must be local to Jacksonville, FL available 3 days/week in office or on jobsites.**
**What you'll do**
Lead all facets of project and program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multi-asset facility projects.
Coordinate commercial real estate projects and ensure project team understands and implements safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures.
Conduct site visits to lead all aspects of the progress of construction and monitor the status of work completed during the delivery schedule
Applying CBRE standards to multifaceted real estate documents related to agreements, contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.

Assists in the control of production costs through review and approval of time sheets, production and service invoices, delivery, and inspection sheets. Confers with appropriate individuals to monitor and track costs to avoid overruns.
Provides and applies appropriate training methods and standards to subordinates and subcontractors; monitors and enforces safety and Company policy compliance.
Directly supervises subordinates and assists in the supervision of subcontractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Requirements
Minimum Education Experience:

Skills and Abilities:
