The Operations Manager is responsible for the daily activities of the Loan Specialist and Underwriter staff. Additionally, the ideal candidate will assist in the overall day-to-day operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and underwrite FHA, VA, and Conventional loans per underwriting guidelines.
Responsible for the operational excellence of all MIFC branch systems, processes and reports including but not limited to:
DU/LP
Underwriting Closed Loan and QC Audit reports
Closing Status reports
Cadence
Accountable for front end branch loan administration and management processes to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Ensure proper sign-off on / clear loan conditions.
Approve closing packages.
Problem resolution.
Manage, supervise, and develop a team of loan specialists:
Monitor/measure workload, quality of output and overall performance; make recommendations as required.
Staffing and performance management.
Team and individual training/development.
Serve as a partner/consultant for homebuilding operations team.
Perform all duties of the branch manager in the manager's absence.
Other duties as required.
Requirements

Extensive knowledge of mortgage policies and practices; Well versed in FHA/VA/USDA/Conventional Lending.
Knowledge of financial management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
If applicable, interviews loan applicant(s) to gather specific information relative to credit, employment, and financial history.
Gathers, analyzes, and processes necessary documentation from applicant(s), credit bureaus, employers, and various creditors to verify financial information and credit standings.
Reviews, organizes, and collates application and loan information to ensure timeliness and accuracy in providing a useable credit file to be submitted to underwriting for approval.
Communicates with applicant(s), underwriters and/or creditors to resolve problems or questions regarding application information.
Interfaces with team members to assist the Branch Manager and Loan Officers to process loan.
May supervise and lead the work of others.
Requirements
Minimum Education Experience: Associate's Degree in finance or mortgage lending with at least 2 to 4 years of experience in a mortgage lending/finance environment. Some supervisory experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Must have recent purchasing processing experience.
Customer-service oriented with good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside of the organization.
Ability to elicit, interpret, analyze, and evaluate given information relative to underwriting guidelines and lender requirements.
Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented aptitude.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and timeliness are of the essence.
Excellent mathematical skills and calculator abilities.

Program Summary
As part of Lennar's Future Builders Program, the Homebuilding Recent College Graduate (RCG) position is a 6 month-training program with placement into a full-time role in one of 3 key business areas (Construction, Purchasing, or Land) based on performance. The program will facilitate participants' development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Purchasing Responsibilities:
Estimate materials for new plans
Create and maintain accurate material take-offs (MTOs) or a detailed list of all the materials and quantities needed to complete construction projects.
Monitor material usage in the field for overages/shortages to update/correct material take-offs
Record and analyze take-off data.
Assist the Division team with plan value engineering to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance performance.
Maintain Division's insurance compliance.
Update/Correct purchase order issues
Complete the required forms by the Regional Operations Center (ROC)
Maintain vendor files and contracts
Prepare bid requests for new/existing plans
Assist in evaluating new bid proposals
Requirements:
Current senior graduating from a 4-year college or University by June (preferred)
Willingness to relocate with support at the end of the program as needed (preferred)
Working towards a bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, architecture, business, or a similar degree (preferred)

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of relevant work experience in security operations, with a focus on SOC environments, incident detection/response, and threat hunting.
5+ years of experience implementing and managing SIEM and XDR technologies in a mid to large-scale enterprise environment, including Microsoft Sentinel and Palo Alto Cortex XDR.
5+ years of experience with detection engineering, including developing and tuning detection rules, analytics, and use cases for SIEM and XDR platforms.
3+ years of experience with automation engineering, designing and implementing automated workflows for incident response and alert triage using SOAR platforms or native integrations.
Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Security Solutions, such as Microsoft Purview, Defender for Cloud, and Defender for Endpoint, and Palo Alto Cortex XDR.

Program Summary
