This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of Used Truck Sales Representatives and Technicians, with a strong focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals within the Heavy Duty and Medium Duty truck segments. The RUTSM will oversee all aspects of sales performance, personnel management, inventory control, and reconditioning processes, while ensuring profitability and exceptional customer service in their designated Area of Responsibility (AOR). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing personnel in the receiving and distribution of truck parts and supplies. The Parts Manager will ensure the department meets its annual and quarterly sales and profit goals through effective purchasing procedures and inventory control.
