Cons of working at MSI

The company lacks sufficient sick day policies, offers subpar benefits, and provides a mediocre salary. The work environment feels restrictive, leaving little room for personal life. Advancement opportunities seem limited unless you have familial connections within the company. The organizational culture appears to deviate from the typical standards found in successful U.S. companies, reflecting a different mentality that may not align with the expectations of employees seeking a more progressive and inclusive work environment.

What's the diversity at MSI like?

MSI's representation of diversity is notably inadequate, with a predominant presence of management members who are relatives from India. This lack of diversity in leadership raises concerns about the inclusivity and varied perspectives within the company, highlighting the need for a more inclusive and representative management structure.

Pros of working at MSI

Almost nothing but if I had something positive to say is that they have good employee facilities (varies from location to location, though) and they supply you with everything you need to do the job including a company credit card and gas card, car, tablet etc.

Cons of working at MSI

They take your life away. As soon as you sign the contract they own you. You are on call 24/7. They are watching your every move; there are cameras everywhere except in the bathroom but there is one camera always watching who comes and goes to the bathroom so they know how much time you spend in there. They watch you while driving, always by GPS, how many miles you drive, how fast, when you stop etc., the salary is low when starting and they expect you to do all the work so your manager can get the bonus that you deserve. Don't expect any days off - they make their people work constantly, including Saturdays, evenings, holiday eves, Black Friday etc. They treat everyone like a slave, managing the company with a medieval Indian mentality: if you decide to join them they own you.
