Corporate Development works closely with M&T's business units and senior management to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to the merger and acquisition (M&A) process. This role primarily focuses on financial analysis in support of potential internal and external capital investment opportunities through valuation, risk assessment, and deal structuring; as well as, peer analysis regarding performance, merger-related activities, and capital actions, to assist senior management in implementing the bank's strategy. **Primary Responsibilities:**
