I have learned a lot of different jobs within my job and have plenty of experience with customers face to face and on the phone. I run the teller line and I am excellent in operations of the bank. My current title right now is ops coordinator
There really are not too many. The first is pay for what you do there it is not upgraded a lot. The benefits are not the best and the chance for advancing there are minimal
My favorite is working with people I love and not being pushed around to the other offices
is that they let you do your job and leave you alone unless there is a problem or you need help they are there for you.
I would pay people for what they deserve and I would have better cheaper benefits so that they could keep their families healthy
It was 37 years ago I don't quite remember. I would try to sell myself but I would not be a know it all person
I feel that it is lower than other places that I have heard about
I am not sure I believe everything they do is for everyone
Helping people not just with banking but being friends with the customers and co workers
