1999: The headquarters is moved from Chuo-ku, Tokyo to Samukawa-cho, Koza-gun, Kanagawa.
2007: Established a S&E office in Ohio, United StatesA.
2014, after more than three decades of being part of leading dry mortar producers, m-tec joined one of the world leading companies in the construction machinery industry and one of the top players in China: the Zoomlion group.
2017: Completed the construction of New Engineering Building in the premise of Samukawa head office.
