Job Description
The Line Supervisor is responsible for providing hands-on leadership to MF Operators (all levels), Floaters, and Lead Operators during their assigned shift. This role ensures safety, quality, delivery, and production goals are met by directly overseeing day-to-day operations. Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily production operations, ensuring adherence to work instructions, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Provide day-to-day coaching, performance feedback, and development support for operators, floaters, and leads - including conducting reviews and recommending merit increases or promotions as appropriate.
Ensure efficient staffing and crew scheduling to meet production demands across assigned work centers.
Monitor and report on KPIs, including safety, yield, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and delivery performance; take corrective actions as needed.

A Circle Ten Council Merit Badge Instructor or Area Director is someone who is at least 18 years old and is a member of a team that is responsible for creating and guiding a program that provides opportunities for scouts to learn skills, earn associated merit badges, and participate in open programs which expose them to new experiences.
Area Directors (ADs) provide the first level of management at camp to the team. They are responsible for an Area of Specialty at camp and have several Specialists working for them who teach skills and merit badges.
Instructors act as Merit Badge Counselors and they provide direct teaching to scouts. They are responsible for mastering their course materials and creating a dynamic program for every class they are assigned. All Instructors report to an Area Director and are required to be 18.
