Mr. Paquin holds both a BS and an MBA in International Finance from the University of Ottawa.

He has extensive M&A deal-and-integration experience, having closed more than 25 acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining APR Energy, Ron served as Senior Vice President of Finance for World Fuel Services Inc., based in Miami. Ron is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and has dual bachelor-of-science degrees in finance and accounting.
