Prior to joining Noblis, Mr. ElSawy was a Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Center for Advanced Aviation System Development of The MITRE Corporation. Mr. ElSawy served for seven years as the Director of the Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) for the FAA. Mr. ElSawy holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University, a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University.
