Job DescriptionDescription: Bristol Mountain Responsibilities:• Greet guests as they prepare to load the lift Verify ticket and season pass validity with RFID scanning technology and tablet Works with guests to resolve scanning issues and reports problems to Guest Services Supervisor or Security Manager (or their designees) as needed Manage lift corral for smooth transition to gates and loading zone Checks for appropriate ski and snowboard equipment (ski brakes, leashes, safety straps and baskets on poles) Present oneself in a professional manner at all times Must be friendly and outgoing while presenting a courteous manner at all times Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory Assist with other duties as needed Requirements: Qualifications: 16 years of age or older Must have an ability to react quickly to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to Confident individual with quick problem-solving skills Ability to understand the different product offerings and how they relate to lift access Must enjoy working outdoors Must have appropriate footwear and clothing for working in all weather conditions Must be able to stand and work outdoors Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Hours: Hours of employment are dependent on business demands Must have weekend and evening availability and flexible weekday availability Pay: $15.50/Hr.

In-Office: This is a 100% in-office role based at our Schaumburg, IL, Meridian, ID or Rochester, NY location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Position Overview The HR Consultant I is responsible for evaluating and defining a client's needs while consulting in the configuration of our HR applications to meet their needs. This includes but is not limited to converting HR data, providing consultation on the implementation of performance management, onboarding and coordinating the use of our self-service portal. Primary Responsibilities * Help clients with simple setups strategically integrate the full suite of HR products and solutions within our Paylocity application through the use of effective project management coupled with a consultative HR approach * Provide industry leading customer service * Conduct an introduction call to verify contracted HR products, understand client priorities and craft a suggested timeline for the implementation of all HR products * Conduct an alignment call to answer HR product specific questions, collect HR data and configuration requirements * Work directly with clients to assist in the day-to-day functions supporting our HR solutions throughout the implementation process * Coordinate internally between the client and multiple Paylocity departments to ensure clients have every tool needed to use our HR products to their fullest extent Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree is preferred * Previous customer service or client interfacing role preferred * Familiarity with a wide variety of HR concepts, practices and procedures preferred * Willingness to perform a full range of tasks and projects under supervision * Strong interpersonal communication, writing and organizational skills * Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity * Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel Physical requirements * Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day. * Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type.
