Mach 1 Global Services CEO and leadership

Rob Lively is a Chief Operating Officer at Mach 1 Global Services.

Chief Financial Officer Debbie Wilcox is responsible for Mach 1’s financial reporting, cash-flow management, and accounting functions, including supervision of the annual audit. A CPA with more than 28 years of accounting experience, she joined the company in November 2007. Wilcox started her career with KPMG LLC, one of the Big Four accounting firms, and earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.

As Chief Commercial Officer Jared Licata is responsible for leading Mach 1’s global growth and business development strategy. Mr. Licata is domiciled in Pittsburgh but divides his time between Mach 1’s Phoenix headquarters and our field offices in the US, Mexico and Asia. Licata is also responsible for the development of Mach 1’s international products including the company’s overseas agent network and relationships. He joined Mach 1 in May 2006 and has held various positions within the organization including domestic and international operations, sales as Vice President of Global Accounts, and leadership roles including District Manager and Regional Vice President.

Prior to joining Mach 1, Mr. Licata managed various logistics functions at a national safety equipment supplier. Licata is a graduate of West Liberty University and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
