Machine Operator with CNC experience 3rd shift - 11:00pm - 7AM Pay is $18 -$19 a hour Monday - Friday - some Saturdays during busy season The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality automotive components. Package completed jobs for shipment. Operate overhead cranes, forklift, warehousing, sheering, and sawing. Load, edit, nest, and delete simple programs. Measure parts with tape, calipers, mics, radius gauges, square and protractor. Read prints or digital files to insure part conforms to customer's design. Adjust parameters and tooling to insure optimal edge quality. Properly and accurately fill out inspection and daily FICEP log. General maintenance and cleaning of Ficep as assigned. Put away all drops daily. Maintain a safe and efficient work area. Organization, and maintain organization of punch tooling. Properly identify and process paperwork necessary for material handling and production recording in metalware. Perform Machine changeover Setup for processing angles flat and channel.
