Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry, is preferred. Hospitality experience is a plus. Certifications in plumbing, electrical, and pool maintenance are a plus.

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
