Your role at Clorox:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production lines operate efficiently with minimal downtime while adhering to site safety practices. Production lines vary in heavy industrial machinery equipment; the operator's technical skills will utilize a combination of mechanical knowledge for products to be at the highest standards of quality.
Starting hourly rate: $24.63 with opportunities to advance through a skill-based pay system. Shift differentials for overnight shift hours. Note this role is rotating swing shifts- rotating both day and night shift. Shifts are 7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM.
In this role, you will:
• Operate production line machinery equipment efficiently, ensuring start/set ups, and running times for products are maintained accurately.
• Perform changeovers on lines/equipment's, following established procedures and protocols and safety standard guidelines.
• Capable of troubleshooting, fixing, and repairing mechanical malfunctions, product jams, or failures, utilizing mechanical knowledge and skills.
• Identify quality issues as they arise, collaborating with teams as needed to ensure that products meet or exceed established quality standards.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all supplies and/or parts assigned ordering replacements as needed.
• Assist with completion of improvement projects and equipment installations, working with the engineering team as needed.

A Brief Overview
This position is responsible for meeting daily production requirements by operating equipment and ensuring the
correct material is being used and the product produced is according to specifications. This includes maintaining
productivity at standard line speed and completing batch records using Good Documentation Practices.
What you will do
· Operate equipment at standard speed with minimum assistance.
· Perform quality inspections as required and document results using Good Documentation Practices.
· Troubleshoot and adjust machines to return to a controlled state and meet quality standards. This
includes problem solving to eliminate minor stops, breakdowns, and process failures.
· Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
· Assist Maintenance team with changeovers.
· Document production and maintenance activities including updating boards and entering downtime and
run hours.
· Train others as assigned
· Some duties may vary slightly by location.
Education Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Required)
Experience Qualifications
· 1-3 years Experience as MachineOperator in a manufacturing or similar environment. (Preferred)
· 1-3 years Experience in a cGMP regulated facility. (Preferred)

· Must be able to follow verbal and written communication. (High proficiency)
