QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be willing to learn and improve to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • High school diploma or GED required. Adequate work experience may be substituted in lieu of diploma or GED. • Willingness to follow written or oral work instructions and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time. PREFERRED SKILLS • Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility. • Familiarity of various manufacturing tools and machinery including but not limited to facers, lathes, CNC's, and other mechanical machinery. • Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish. • Ability to work well with others, be organized and detail-oriented. • Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time. • Willingness to work in shifts that may include early or late hours, weekends, or overtime if necessary.
