Essential Functions:

- Understand and apply customer specifications to the operation of the machine to ensure finished goods align with customer requirements.
- Program and supervise computerized operating panel. Calculate and resolve accurate core size, roll diameters, required footage and perforation.
- Initiate set up, operations, and adjustments of the rewinder and all down-stream equipment to achieve established production quota.
- Program log saw and clamp product in log saw. Settle and verify cut accuracy and adjust as needed.
- Perform hourly quality checks to ensure accuracy of production run and the submittal of daily quality reports to QA department.
- Monitors and performs product changeovers in conjunction with the Rapid Changeover Technicians (RCO Techs).
- Adjust embossing unit and change core chuck as needed.
Requirements:
