Setup and operation of press brake.

Maintain functionality and cleanliness of relevant equipment
Work closely with fabrication, assembly and engineering team members.
Work with the Service Manager on Service and Aftermarket related topics that require immediate fabrication.
Follow established fabrication procedures and standards.

This is a full time opportunity offering a pay rate of $26 to $32/hr.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Operate production machinery and equipment, such as injection mold machines following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Assembly of various plastic components, plus deburring, trimming, and cutting.
Monitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and efficiency
Perform routine equipment inspections and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and prevent defects
Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production targets and deadlines
Conduct quality checks on products, ensuring they meet established specifications and quality standards
Accurately record production data, including quantities, downtime, and any deviations from the norm
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Comply with all safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe working environment
Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills, knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the production department
Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing and/or machine operation experience preferred but will train.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate machinery and handle materials
Basic computer skills for data entry and production documentation
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
