Our metal stampings client in Independence, Ohio is in need of Assembly Machine Operators. We have been in business for over 60 years and specialize in manufacturing metal pieces and parts for sprinkler systems. Assembly Machine Operators will be responsible for operating the stamping machines. These are single hit machines. Product is stamped out of sheets of metal. Person will then visually examine the completed product and place into bin.
Person will be working out in the shop at one of the punch press machines. These are all single hit machines. Person will be examining product to ensure everything looks good and placing product/part into a bin. Very similar to AAA Stamping. In addition they will be replenishing raw materials at this station as needed. Final product are springs used in fire sprinklers. At times may be using a micrometer (Digital Measuring Device) to ensure lenghth and thickness of part being produced is accurate. Someone that has been a machine operator is a huge plus. Keeping machinery clean at all times. Light lifting 20LBS.
