This facility uses automated packaging equipment and utilities to manufacture and distribute Home Care and Laundry products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production lines operate efficiently with minimal downtime while adhering to site safety practices. Production lines vary in heavy industrial machinery equipment; the operator's technical skills will utilize a combination of mechanical knowledge for products to be at the highest standards of quality.

In this role, you will:
Operate packaging equipment, ensuring that it is set up and maintained properly.
Perform changeovers on all equipment, following established procedures and protocols.
Fix and repair any equipment malfunctions or failures, using your mechanical knowledge and skills.
Identify and accurately solve quality problems, collaborating with teams as needed to ensure that products meet or exceed established quality standards.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all supplies and parts assigned, ordering replacements as needed.

The Production Operator is responsible for running the ZED machine, filling tubes, and operate maintenance of the Kentex K800-MS. Responsible for general housekeeping of workstation and keeping equipment clean.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs necessary machine set-up, repairs, adjustments, changeovers, and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
Performs operation of production equipment with the responsibility of production efficiency, utility, and equipment downtime.,
Complete the Cleanroom Use and Preparation form for the room being use and follow all cleanroom policies and procedures for that area
Clean the kentex machine and free it of any glue
Reports discrepancies to supervisory personnel in a timely manner.
Promotes a positive work environment.
Communicates with Team Lead or Production Supervisor of any inventory needs/requests.
Communicates with Team Lead or Production Supervisor any issues with the equipment.
Communicates with Team Lead or Production Supervisor if any unforeseen conflicts to the production schedules arise.
Ensure and maintains workstations are kept safe and free of clutter.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a positive attitude and possess the ability to multitask and work well with others.
