Position
We are looking for MachineOperators to produce world class tube products for HTC using safe machineoperating techniques and effective lean manufacturing principles. MachineOperators use various equipment and processes to convert steel coils into a more workable form. The MachineOperators then clean the coils and convert them into the desired diameter and length using continuous or semi-continuous production lengthening equipment. Finally, MachineOperators cut the coils and prepare them for shipment based on customer needs. These processes require strong attention to detail and precision. Reporting to a Shift Supervisor, the MachineOperators must be team players and committed to delivering only the best quality to our customers in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities

Assembler
Involves performing repetitive assembly tasks to produce metal products. The primary responsibilities include:
Placing parts in the correct order, and then bolting, clipping, screwing, or cementing them together based on product specifications.
Performing tests to ensure that both electric and gas equipment models are functioning properly.
Working professionally with other members of the department and having problem-solving abilities.
Metal Finisher
Ensures that metal products have a smooth, finished surface. Remove defects such as dents and scratches from metal surfaces using various hand and power tools. The key responsibilities include:
Determining the type of grinding needed based on blueprints.
Operating tools like belt grinders, carbide burrs, and cartridge rolls to finish the product.
Using grinders to smooth out rough welds and polish corners.
Applying caulk to meet quality standards.
Moving the finished product to the packing area.
Complying with company guidelines and safety procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Operator
Sets up and operates various machines to fabricate metal products, including cutoff saws, shears, and presses.
Reads and interprets blueprints and engineering plans to accurately lay out, cut, fit, and weld stainless steel.

Material Handler

Carpenter
