Using general application of principles, support activities to ensure GMP readiness for clinical manufacturing, including but not limited to equipment procurement, installation and qualification, facility qualification, and technology transfer.
Perform operational tasks within a cleanroom environment in a manner consistent with safety policies, quality systems, and cGMP requirements.
Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documents for manufacturing processes.

What we are looking for in a Production Technician:

This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt. Typical days and hours of work are Monday to Friday, (5:00am to 3:00pm). This position may require overtime and occasional weekend work.
The Machine Operator will safely control various machines and equipment involved in production.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Operates production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications. Assigned machines may include wire drawing machines, grinders, mills, annealing furnaces, and similar equipment.
Produces the required quantity of material within established specifications and tolerances.
Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded material.
Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's degree OR completion of related apprenticeship program preferred.
At least one year of related experience required.
Completion of on-the-job training may be substituted for educational requirements.
