What you'll be working on
Production operators tend machines such as fillers, labelers, packaging, cappers, palletizers, etc. used for bottling water. They will operate manufacturing equipment in an efficient and safe manner while ensuring package and product quality.
* Performs basic machineoperations to include; operatingmachines, stacking raw material, handling finished product cases, performing quality inspections and minor machine adjustments.
* Monitors the flow of outgoing finished goods and correct any disturbance in the flow of those goods.
* Cleans equipment and line continually throughout the shift and maintains a clean work area.
* Expedites repairs to the line; working with maintenance as necessary.
* Keeps daily records of down time and machineoperations.
* Follows standard operating procedures for all operations.
* Maintains clean, orderly and safe work area at all times
* Must follow all established Good Manufacturing Practices.

About you - preferred requirements for this role

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are hiring for a MachineOperator in our Kingsport, TN facility. MachineOperators are responsible to operate the machines to ensure a continuous flow of product to the production processing lines. This role sets up, monitors, and adjusts machine settings as needed throughout production shifts using computer screens.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Operation of Combination Scales. This includes setting up machine to make a certain weight to be packaged; trouble shooting for overweight or underweight issues; trouble shooting to avoid wrong dumps and case of rework/defective product.
Operation of Bagger Machines. This includes setting up packaging machine to form a bag; trouble shooting for defective seals and appearance; maintain efficiencies on machines by maintaining machines running; and other activities such as preparing files, materials, tools, formers, inspection checks, etc.
Communicating in the work environment, keeping other team members informed of any issues or problems that arise in the operation of the machine. This includes supervisor(s) and/or maintenance should the machines require maintenance during the working shift.

What you'll be working on
Production operators tend machines such as fillers, labelers, packaging, cappers, palletizers, etc. used for bottling water. They will operate manufacturing equipment in an efficient and safe manner while ensuring package and product quality.
· Performs basic machineoperations to include; operatingmachines, stacking raw material, handling finished product cases, performing quality inspections and minor machine adjustments.

The operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials according to customer specifications and production schedules. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing machines to produce printed materials to required standards.
Review job orders, proofs, and specifications to ensure accuracy before production.
Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance staff when needed.
Inspect printed output for quality, color accuracy, and consistency, making necessary adjustments.
Load paper, inks, toners, and other consumables as needed.
Track production quantities, materials used, and downtime according to company procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Assist with finishing tasks such as cutting, binding, or packaging as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training a plus.
Previous experience operating digital print equipment preferred (HP Indigo, Xerox, Canon, or similar).
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical instructions.
Good attention to detail, color perception, and quality control.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with print management software.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
