Perform dye test on pouches once an hour to check seal integrity. 2. 15% Changes 150 lb. film rolls while eliminating waste of film using a forklift and lift car (safely). Follows machine operation manuals to perform preventative maintenance on product handling machinery. Reads and follows approved procedures to enhance the filling operation. 3. 5% Follows approved procedures completing CIP/COP (cleaning in place/cleaning out of place) of filling machines, room sanitation.
