Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Set up, adjust, and operate MBO folding machines according to job specifications and production schedules. Perform machine changeovers and adjustments for various paper sizes, folds, and job types. Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout each run, making mechanical or control adjustments as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Complete quality checks to ensure folded materials meet required standards and specifications. Maintain accurate production and maintenance records. Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment. Work collaboratively with other production team members to meet daily goals. Follow all safety policies and procedures.
