Key Responsibilities
Camera & Video Operations
Setup & Strike: Execute the complete setup and teardown of camera systems, including assembling tripods, running SDI/HDMI cabling, and securing camera positions for optimal broadcast angles.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve on-site video signal issues immediately, including cabling faults, converter problems, and monitor feed interruptions.
Operation: Assist with camera operation during live broadcasts, ensuring proper framing, focus, and exposure standards are met.
Client Relations & Professionalism
Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of HomeTeam Live while on location. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, as you will be working in client facilities.

Immediate openings available! Rotating days (4 days per week/ 3 days per week), Shift Differential and THREE weeks of PTO the first year! PM Shift - 6:45PM to 7:00AM (rotating weekends required)
Must be able to speak and understand English.
You will load and operatemachinery to manufacture semi-finished parts (large composite/plastic matting parts) for assembly.
Essential duties include:
Move parts and materials to and from production or storage areas.
Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize equipment for maximum cycle-time efficiency.
Conduct quality control checks.
Keep work area organized and clean.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to adapt to environmental changes and working conditions; such as temperature and noise.
Must have transportation to and from work.
Forklift experience is preferred but not required

Job Summary:
The MachineOperator will support the operations and maintenance of our Granulation and Powderizer processes, ensuring the safe and efficient production of granulated products and crumb rubber. As a an Operator, you will provide essential support to operators and maintenance teams, communicating effectively and coordinating scheduled maintenance and repairs to maximize productivity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Adhere to all safety protocols and requirements.
Maintain production quality to meet or exceed performance standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions and operational challenges.
Collaborate with team members for continuous training and development.
Ensure adequate team coverage, especially during vacations or absences.
Assist with knife changes and flips on equipment.
Optimize production processes, including:
Loading feed hoppers.
Moving finished products and staging with forklifts.
Performing daily housekeeping tasks.
Maintain a clean and orderly production area and equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
Communicate effectively across all levels within the organization to ensure smooth operation and coordination.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to train and motivate team members effectively.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Educational and Experience :
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1 year Forklift experience required
Mechanical background in production environments.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a similar role.
Ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions.

Role
MachineOperator Recycling is responsible for operating and maintaining Clean the World's soap and plastic recycling lines. This role ensures continuous, efficient, and safe production by operating shredders, dewatering presses, mixers, plodders, cutters, and stampers used in the recycling and reforming of collected materials. The operator will be cross trained across both the soap and plastic recycling processes to maximize production output, ensure product quality, and maintain machine reliability.
Key responsibilities (not limited to)
Soap Recycling Line
· Operate soap recycling equipment including mixers, refiners/plodders, cutters, and stamping machines.
· Monitor feedstock consistency and adjust machine settings for optimal throughput and bar quality.
· Inspect and maintain soap recycling machinery, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
· Troubleshoot production issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
· Maintain accurate production logs and follow daily batch production schedules.
· Adhere to quality control and safety procedures during all stages of soap reformation.
Plastic Recycling Line
· Operate industrial shredders and dewatering screw presses to process collected plastic bottles and containers.
· Monitor feed material for contamination and ensure consistent flow through the system.
· Adjust machine parameters to achieve optimal liquid removal and throughput.
· Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation.
· Record output metrics, moisture levels, and system performance data.
· Ensure proper handling and staging of processed plastic for downstream recycling partners.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma / GED
Experience
:
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, recycling, or processing environment.
Experience operating extruders, plodders, shredders, or other continuous-feed processing equipment.
Identify and correct machine performance issues.
Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance, part replacement, and minor repairs.
Understanding of production safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.
Demonstrated ability to meet production goals while maintaining product quality.
Comfortable working in industrial environments with heat, noise, and moving equipment.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Role Summary:
Responsible for measuring, threading adjusting flange fit, and facing the flange on piece of pipe. Work also includes operation of the machine and a crane to move pipe in and out of machine.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Identify fabrication requirements written on each piece of pipe (5%)
* Place pipe in machine, center the pipe, and tighten for work. After the pipe is in place, the operator will machine tapered threads into the pipe. During this process, the machineoperator is responsible for verifying measurements, such as thread depth and correct taper (30%)
* After the threads are cut the operator tests the flange to make sure it screws onto the pipe properly. Adjustments are made to the threads if an issue occurs (10%)
* Applies glue on pipe and flange and uses the machine to tighten the flange onto the pipe (20%)
* Runs the cutting tool across the surface of the face of the flange to flush fit the flange onto the pipe (30%)
* Remove pipe from machine and place on boards (5%)
* Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Good with math, able to read a tape measure and micrometer
* Ability to understand machinery processes

* Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
* The employee will be required to perform the following actions (from time to time): Standing, Walking, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Reaching, Talking, Seeing, Hearing, Driving and Sitting.
* When in the Shop Production Area the employee will be required to wear PPE including (steel toed shoes if conducting any work related activity), safety glasses and hearing protection where required.
