Handle and manage raw materials, including Low Pressure Molding pellets, ensuring proper feeding into the molding machines. Conduct material blending and mixing processes to meet production requirements. Perform routine maintenance on molding machines. Maintain accurate records of production data, including machine settings, process parameters, and quality control measurements. Provide documentation of any adjustments made during the molding process. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns. Assist in other duties as required. Required Skills/Abilities: Good communication and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to operate and calibrate machinery. Basic understanding of molding materials and production processes. Ability to perform basic math calculations.
