General qualifications include but are not limited to: -Capable of using measuring equipment such as tape measures, scales, calipers, etc.. to mix, setup molds, mold product, form finished product and inspect product and inspect product. -Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and handle heavy molds and product. -Skill with common hand tools. -Ability to perform sequential hand operations or machine operations. -Fork truck use and operation. -Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard written procedures and work orders. -Ability to be trained and work as a team member. -Some computer data entry may be required.
