Clean line daily (cutter die/knife, all sensors/eye, surface clean flat areas, remove garbage). Notify Supervisor/Lead/Maintenance of faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions. Record downtime information. Ensure established quality standards are maintained for all produced product lines. Observe prescribed safety rules and regulations. Safety Footwear, Hearing Protection and Safety Glasses are mandatory on the lines. Keep work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Place all waste / recyclable materials in the proper containers/bins. Follow established Quality Control and Department procedures.
