    mac OS Developer Mode: Hybrid Duration: Contract We're looking for a creative and resourceful mac OS developer with 3-5 years of experience to support the lead engineer on a large internal tools project. This person will assist in implementing new features, testing existing code, and fixing bugs. The project involves building internal extensions to a suite of established, consumer-facing mac OS applications. These extensions are designed to streamline the content creation workflows of our creative design and production teams. The applications being extended have a mature and complex codebase, written predominantly in Objective-C (~90%). Sort and flag cut cables for rack lacing and/or shipment to project sites as directed. * Prepare and label cables for fabrication both by hand as well as by use of automated striping machines per Diversified standards. * Execute and test cable terminations for all Broadcast, Network and A/V connectors. * Ability to read and understand cable wire lists as well as project drawings and documentation for cable fabrication. * Prepping and packing of racks for shipment to job sites * Preparation of equipment racks for staging of equipment, wire lacing including installation of power strips, grounding bars, jack-fields, etc. * Mount equipment into racks, terminate all wiring and connections to equipment as per the technical drawings. * Able to read and understand functional design drawings as well as equipment rack diagrams. * Provide a consistent level of technical performance as well as flexibility in work schedule. This position requires periodic overtime and may require regular overtime for extended periods to meet fabrication deadlines. * Able to build and wire custom panels from engineering drawings. * Fiber optic cable handling, installation termination and testing * Maintain relationships with CAD and Engineering and provide feedback for efficiencies as encountered during fabrication. * Aid and guide to other fabrication staff to interpret drawings and enhance builds. * Maintain an organized work environment specifically orderliness and cleanliness of the shop and jobsites. The Machine Operator position is located in Dixon, IL will be responsible for producing pleated media within specifications and supply that media to assemble into filters. Hours are Monday thru Thursday 2:00 pm - 12:00 am. Role Responsibilities: * Recognize and understand the operations and machines involved with the media pleating process * Recognize and understand the functions and capabilities of the pleating fixtures * Pleat media within acceptable quality and quantity standards as stated in the prints and/or route sheets * Communicate effectively with material handlers to ensure the correct media is supplied to the line promptly * Perform quality checks and tests as assigned * Follow the first piece and set-up sheets * Complete all applicable paperwork (scrap report, media usage sheet, media testing sheet, oil runs, etc. * Monitor production online by noting variation of production rates between pleater and potting and notifying the Team Leader when variation causes the pleater rate to decrease * Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment * Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
