This is an entry to mid level position with the opportunity and room for professional and monetary growth following our Operations Labor Model. First shift hours are 7 AM to 3 PM Second shift hours are 3 PM to 12 AM Machine Operators will be responsible for the following tasks: Assisting on mill operation to produce products as laid out by production planning Support performance of daily maintenance on machinery; report any damage or problems to the Production Supervisor/Team Lead. Understand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to manufacturing details and customer/ supplier details. Work safely, in accordance with Company Safety Policy. Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines. Includes any uniforms, if supplied.
