Under the direction of the Shift Leader and Production Supervisor, the Production Operator is responsible for the setup and operation of equipment that blends/mixes/extrudes/ packages/transports the liquid or dry chemicals that comprise our customer products. The Production Operator ensures the highest quality product at the lowest possible costs while meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements per GEON Performance Solutions' policies and procedures. Essential Functions * Sets up and starts all machines, checking all controls for adherence to procedures. * Weighs ingredients to meet recipe specifications and inserts into machinery. * Monitors production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Troubleshoots equipment and processing issues. * Operates machinery to mix, discharge or handle materials according to operating procedures. * Examines materials visually or physically to ensure conformance with established standards. * May take samples of materials to lab for evaluations and instructions. * Refers issues/problems to lead/supervisor for disposition. * Performs all required machine cleaning * Completes and maintains all required computer inputs. Responsible for data integrity. * Documents work completed as required including logs, data reports, procedures, etc. * Participates in training, retraining and continual improvement processes and methods. * Maintains departmental housekeeping standards. * Follows all rules, laws and procedures related to HS&E, ISO, and other regulations. * Other duties as assigned. The packaging operator is responsible for the packaging production equipment to run efficiently by setting up, operating, and adjusting the equipment to maximize production while maintaining the product quality. The packaging operator sets up the equipment to maximize performance, performs routine maintenance, and reports all information requested pertaining to safety, quality, and productivity. Dragline Operator - Surface Coal Mining Full-Time We're looking for an experienced Dragline Operator to join our surface coal mining team. This role is for someone who understands the pace of a production pit, knows how to dig clean and safe, and takes pride in running big equipment with precision. If you've got a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and know how to keep a dragline moving efficiently, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Operate a dragline to remove overburden and support continuous pit advancement. Dig, cast, and place material according to mine plans, grade specs, and supervisor direction. Maintain a clean pit floor and prepare cuts for dozers, loaders, and haul trucks. Work closely with dozer and truck operators to coordinate spoil placement and maintain smooth pit flow. Monitor boom swing, bucket paths, and bench stability to ensure safe digging at all times. Stay alert to changing ground conditions, weather, and highwall/spoil stability. Perform thorough pre-shift inspections of the dragline, noting mechanical issues and helping maintain equipment integrity. Keep work areas, travel routes, and pit floors safe and organized to support production. Communicate constantly with the pit crew, dispatcher, and supervisors to stay aligned with production goals. Follow all MSHA regulations, mine site policies, and environmental rules. Qualifications Proven experience operating draglines in mining or large-scale overburden removal. Familiarity with common surface coal mining equipment and pit layouts. Strong understanding of safe dragline positioning, bench prep, spoil casting, and boom swing management. Ability to read and follow mine plans, pit maps, and supervisor instructions. Capable of working in all weather conditions. MSHA certification (or willingness to obtain). Reliable attitude, good communication skills, and strong situational awareness. Physical Requirements Ability to climb access ladders and safely enter/exit the dragline cab. Ability to work in dusty, noisy, vibrating, and outdoor mining conditions. Lift up to 50 lbs when required for inspections or light maintenance tasks.

The General Production Worker will engage in a variety of tasks throughout the year, adapting to the seasonal demands of agricultural production. In spring and summer, you will focus on inspecting and maintaining seed crops and managing seed inventory. The fall season is dedicated to harvesting and seed packaging, while winter involves cleaning, packaging, and shipping seeds to meet customer needs for the upcoming planting season. Responsibilities + September-November: Receive and process trucks hauling crop for weighing and unloading. + Complete a wide range of harvest activities, including husk and sort operations. + Operate dryer to dry crop within prescribed safety, quality, and financial requirements. + Shell and store crop from bins in the dryer facility. + Supply the Conditioning department with a constant supply of seed and apply appropriate treatment. + November-March: Label, tag, bag, and palletize seed. + Enter inventory information into computer systems. + Stage seed for shipment in warehouse. + April-August: Retag in-house seed and re-bag returned seed. + Inspect and wash pro boxes to ensure cleanliness. Your responsibilities Machine Operator is the 1st level Operator who has the responsibility of ensuring product quality by successfully managing the entire machine operating process. As a Machine Operator, you will start up machines, change the tooling of the machines to run different product, complete basic troubleshooting when issues arise, be alert to product quality and follow all control plans accordingly, and train others. Additionally, you will actively participate in a team environment to maximize production efficiencies in producing a zero defect high quality product. Machine Operators are hands on employees who work with state of the art equipment in a clean and professional work environment. This position requires a strong commitment to safety. Key Deliverables: The Machine Operator serves as an engaged and trusted source in the organization. Success in this role is measured by scorecard targeted metrics. Advocates for and promotes a safe work environment by reporting Near Misses and/or other safety and environmental hazards, wearing all required PPE and encouraging others to do the same. * Has authority to stop processes to correct quality, safety or environmental problems, identify and place suspect product on quality hold, and to promptly notify Supervisory personnel when processes become noncompliant. * Drives towards meeting balance scorecard metric targets including: safety, sustainability, quality, delivery, and cost. * Responsible for completing control plan inspections (CPIR). * Loads, unloads, sorts and inspects proper component parts and assemblies according to Control Plans and ensures accurate assembly. * Responsible for monitoring part quality data and entering corrections / offsets as required. * Participates in handling non-conforming products and quality sorts. * Engages in and supports Operational Excellence programs by submitting continuous improvement ideas. * Maintains established 6S standards for work area. * Efficiently runs and operates all required equipment. * Can perform required responsibilities of this job role and the job role of Associate Machine Operator. * Completes line start-ups and changeover activities. * Completes SAP transactions. * Identifies and recovers machine faults. * Actively pursues other duties during down time. * Completes all required departmental documentation by the end of the shift. * Monitors cycle time. * Performs inventory checks. * Performs trend monitoring/monitor scrap. * Makes corrections and offsets. * Performs weekly preventative maintenance including, but not limited to, fluid monitoring and greasing machinery. * Performs tape change. * Enters CPOS data. * Engages in and promotes a learning culture at thyssenkrupp by sharing knowledge and training other employees. * Cross-trains into different areas as needed to help maintain production demands. * May be required to certify those employees seeking qualification on the job role of Associate Machine Operator. * Other duties as assigned.
