Qualifications Qualifications and Skills: • Ability to write and communicate in English (required). • Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors. • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings. • Capable of using a computer and operating menu driven software (required). • Ability to adhere to workplace rules. • Ability to work safely in the presence of hazardous chemicals and hazardous conditions. • Ability to follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. • Ability to work with stripping tools, wire cutters, soldering equipment, degreasers, and other tools of the trade (preferred). • *Successful completion of IPC Solder Training and Certification within initial 3 weeks of employment with 5% or less defect rate.
