Metal Stamping Responsibilities: · Set up and operate all stamping presses using proper tools and methods. · Set and adjust dies. · Set and adjust feeders. · Set and adjust uncoilers and recoilers. · Set strip lubricators. · Install safety barriers to ensure safe operation. · Test setups for proper feed and part quality. · Store completed parts in bins to maintain visual inventory. · Check visual inventory regularly to be aware of stock requirements. · Report coil stock needs to purchasing.
