Eaton's IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Machine Operator-3rd shift. The hours for this role are 11:00pm - 7:00am is $19.50 per hour. What you'll do:
Essential Functions:
* Log-on to the computer and scan work order
* Read process sheet and blueprint for the work order.
* Set-up the seal machines in the cell, by adding tooling to the machines.
* Process parts through machining
* Measure seals using tools such as micrometers, pi tape, gauge, venires, etc. by checking dimensions as indicated on the blueprints.
* Document and control dimension using the SPC (statistically process control)
* Participate in lean and 5S+ activities, as required.
* Complete and maintain production line logs
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualification:
* High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
* Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
* This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

**Responsibilities**
+ Operate the concrete block machine.
+ Produce concrete products from raw materials to the Yard stage.
+ Inspect product quality according to standards such as height, color, shape, and corners.
+ Monitor the operation of various equipment including the block machine, batcher, mixer, bucket, conveyors, loader, unloader, and kilns to detect and report malfunctions.
+ Maintain, adjust, and perform minor repairs on the block machine and associated equipment.
+ Change molds as required.
+ Start up and shut down the block machine; keep written records of production.
+ Relieve other personnel for breaks.
+ Communicate changes in product size, color, and cubing patterns to the Cuber and Production List.
+ Perform daily preventative maintenance checklists and fill out maintenance request forms as needed.

Position Scope:
